Join us for another great weekend of laughter, lesbians and lifestyle!

Our Big Lesbian Winery Tour is for women who will enjoy great wine, great food and great company on the Granite Belt near Stanthorpe. This gourmet weekend will depart from Brisbane to discover the famous wineries and special places of interest, whilst enjoying award winning wines with friends.

We will be travelling with Filippos Tours who have extensive knowledge of Stanthorpe South East Qld area so can be sure to see the best of whats on offer.

The tour will leave Brisbane at 7.30am with chicken & champagne breakfast at Aratula. Arriving in the Stanthorpe Wine Region around 11am we will do 2 wineries (Summit Estate Wines & Castle Glen noted for his liqueuers) before lunch. Lunch would be at the New Queensland Wine College where we will enjoy their medley of mains & wines.

After lunch we will mix wineries and places of attractions together (Pure Heaven, Granite Belt Dairy Farmhouse Cheese & Ravens Croft for sunset). For the day we will do around 4 wineries plus a couple of attractions. Back to our accommodation at Murray Gardens for a tidy up before dinner at Anna's Italian Restaurant (buffet all you can eat).

Sunday morning, all you can eat full buffet breakfast in front of the fire before pick-up around 8.30am. 3 more award winning wineries and places of interest (Heavenly Chocolate Shop, Symphony Hill, Ballandean Estate Wines, Rumbalarra Estate Wines & Sutton’s Juice Factory) before heading back to Brisbane around 5pm.

NB: We can not accept bookings from men or under 18’s on this weekend.

Accommodation

We will stay at Murray Gardens, Stanthorpe - a mix of cottages and motel units.

This is peak winery tour season so we are delighted to be able to secure share accommodation. Please nominate your preferred share accommodation arrangement when booking and we will do our best on a first booked basis.

The self-contained rustic cottages are equipped with cosy wood fires or gas heating. Each cottage has a large lounge and kitchen area. Each cottage sleeps 6 persons with the most common layout being 1 x Queen (room 1), 2 x Singles (room 2) & 2 x Pull-outs (day/night lounge).

The spacious motel units have a peaceful bushland aspect. All units have a queen size bed and a single bed. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in all units and electric blankets on all beds.

All linen, crockery, etc. supplied.

Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

In order to secure a booking we require a non refundable, non transferable deposit of $100 per person at the time of booking. Progress payment of $100 per person is due by 11 June. Final payment of $90 per person is due by 25 June. Failure to pay the deposit & progress payments by the due date may lead to cancellation of booking.

Bookings cancelled at any time after confirmation are subject to the forfeit of monies paid.
