GRRLZONE INC. is a non-profit incorporated women’s group that conducts annual Women’s Balls to raise monies for local women’s charities and/or organisations who assist, support and provide services for women e.g. Domestic violence, women’s shelters, legal advice, Counselling, sporting events etc.
For the past 5 years GRRLZONE INC has held Women’s Balls and this years theme is “Halloween Masquerade Ball” that will be held at the Mercure Inn on the 31st October 2009 from 6.30 pm to 1.00 am. This event is for women only that provides an opportunity to promote women’s businesses and services a safe plus the added benefit of having a social environment where women can feel safe from harassment.
In 2008 GRRLZONE INC donated monies to Patrick Street Women’s Centre ($500) and Which Way Same Way Cricket team who competed at the 2009 Goldfield Ashes ($500).
We are seeking your assistance to raise monies for our 2009 Women’s Ball which we anticipate will cost approximately $7750.00.
We are seeking assistance in promoting this years Grrlzone Inc Women's Ball where we are seeking donations that could include a gift voucher or money from as little as $50. If you are able to assist can you forward onto organisations, businesses or individuals that you know will be able to assist us with our cause, where they are to read the attached sponsorship letter, complete and return.
